As reported by municipal sources, the events occurred last Saturday, June 29, in the afternoon, when the police received several calls because in a parking lot of a shopping center there was a car, in full sun, with the engine stopped, with two children inside.

The agents arrived at the scene, took the children out of the vehicle and took them to the patrol car while collecting demonstrations from witnesses who confirmed that, at least, they had been in full sun for more than twenty minutes.

The local police activated the medical services, which transferred the baby to the hospital of Sant Joan de Deu in Manresa to assess their status, at which time the parents arrived, with several shopping bags.

The local police are now investigating the parents, a man of 41 years and a woman of 30, both neighbors of Manresa, for a possible crime of abandonment of minors. The Observatory against Homophobia (OCH) has not yet been able to contact the victim, but has opened an ex officio action on the aggression - in communication with the Barcelona City Council - after which the young man received medical attention.
