Through a testimonial campaign and visibility, these workers of the industrial pole offer their experiences to destigmatize women as an active member of the Zona Franca industrial estate. Under the forceful and full of meaning motto, "Jo també sóc Franca" ("I am also frank"), the Consorci invites to speak openly of equality to the employees in videos in which both they and they can be reflected with phrases as: "I think we are more about achieving equality, but there is still a long way to go".

"People tell me when they get on the bus: luckily there are many women driving!" Or "Not long ago driving the forklifts was a matter of men" are some of the testimonies that the Consorci's initiative gathers in their videos. With these, the public entity is committed to equality, as day to day; Real proof of this is Blanca Sorigué, its general director. A position that it shares with other leading brands such as Ferrovial, Cocemfe, Covestro, DB Shenker or Cellnex.

"We have to give more visibility to the women with managerial positions so that the girls are reflected and also want to become one". This is the main objective of "Jo també sóc Franca", a campaign that demonstrates that "a society is an equal integration of women in the world of work is a more positive society for all" and that celebrates them and his desire to change things.
