UGT has recalled that in the course of the last two years of complaints to this type of platforms alleging "precariousness and labor exploitation" have obtained four judgments in two courts of the Social of Madrid that determined that the distributors of Glovo are employees under the provincial parcel and logistics agreement of Madrid and, in addition, they are full-time.

For the union, the worker who died on Saturday was a person who suffered "the subcontracting of precariousness".
